These retreat experiences are life changing, because they support you in slowing down your life, reconnecting with yourself, and reflecting on the life you are living. With attention to your own vital Self-care, Karin’s retreats opens doors for you to explore your inner and outer world through her teaching and life coaching, an emphasis on connecting with nature, pampering, nutritious meals, movement, and fun.

Group Retreats can be held as close as your home, office, or meeting location with access to a beautiful, serene setting of a park or other place in nature.

Karin will work closely with groups to customize your retreat, addressing every detail to ensure a magical and life-enhancing experience.
